| One of the strengths of North Devon is the team working of the consultant team. The support and warmth that the team give to each other makes it a pleasure to work here. There is always someone to discuss patients with when i have a tricky patient or referral. The strong team spirit allows the department to get through Covid and move forward. Knowing a colleague will be there when you need them is so important. |
