| Michelle works tirelessly on Louisa Cary Ward to support staff and improve the care that we give to patients and their families. She does this all with a big smile with nothing being too much trouble. Michelle has got time for everyone despite managing a very busy unit with multiple stresses daily. Michelle shows great leadership within her role but at the same time is a team playing and willing to fill in any gaps that need doing. She is constantly working within the multiple disciplinary team, participating in meetings and advocating she her staff and patients. Michelle embodies the principles of nursing practice and is a fantastic role model to us all. Thank you for your endless hard work we really do appreciate it! |
