| Becky joined our team at the end of 2019 and since then has been redeployed twice to other areas because of Covid. Becky faced those challenges with positivity and determination and on returning to our service then faced the challenge of finding her feet all over again. Yet again she showed grit and determination to give her patients and their families the very best care. As a team member Becky is supportive of others in the team and will listen and put her thoughts and ideas across in order to support them. Becky regularly goes above and beyond for her patients and this is seen in the time she spends communicating with other professionals in order to improve external support for the child or family as well as the extra clinic time she adds in to her already full day. |
