| Helen is a hardworking and very effective secretary who does her job with appreciation and enthusiasm. Tasks are resolved swiftly and do never require any reminder. She does always try to find immediate solutions rather than postponing problem solving. She is corresponding with parents and resolving a big amount of queries and filtering out those requiring clear medical input.
