| Charlotte is always around for help and support when you need it and has (and is still) worked (working) very hard to make the department a more pleasant and safe place to work and the work accomplished has been amazing. Charlotte is a strong advocate for the paediatric department and for the staff who work in this department, She is kind and compassionate towards others and puts others before herself.
