Gemma is the smile when you walk through the door, always cheerful and a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic member of the team, supporting staff whilst busy in her own role. She has a great manner and welcomes patients and their families to the unit with ease, solving problems and nothing is every to much trouble. I love working with you Gemma, thank you for all your hard work!
Gemma is a ward clerk on SSPAU and Louisa Cary and works so hard. She is the first face families see when they come to SSPAU and Louisa Cary Ward and it’s a smiley, friendly face which is calming for them. She is approachable and is always to happy to help any member of staff. It’s always lovely to have Gemma on a shift. Gemma is a very sincere and hardworking person. Despite the workload, she is always smiling and has a jolly nature. She is very efficient and helpful as a ward clerk. Gemma is an amazing ward clerk for the paediatric department. She is so caring to all the staff and helps out with anything, as well as lifting the spirits of the team! |
