| Nicole is a great nurse! She’s kind and caring, always putting families first during a really challenging time. She is currently undertaking the intensive care course, so is gaining confidence everyday and will make an incredible NICU nurse. After what has been a challenging year for all, especially Nicole, I believe she deserves to be nominated for this role, to show her how important she is to this job! |
