| Martha quietly gets on with typing and filing, getting through a large workload. She has shown empathy and patience when dealing with the parent enquiries that come through in large volumes by phone at the child development centre. She will ensure that requests for medication are dealt with promptly as she wants to ensure patients never run out. ( even when parent leave it until they have run out to make that request). She is encouraging to others and comes up with solutions to some of the challenges. She is an excellent secretary. |
