| Anil has shown amazing progression since he started in NICU and has transitioned fantastically to the UK healthcare system. He has demonstrated he is committed to developing his practice. He is always willing to support the team and is incredibly flexible at filling gaps and supporting service demands. He enjoys teaching and has given many excellent teaching presentations. He is always willing to teach and support more junior colleagues with procedures. He is always cheerful and is a pleasure to work with. |
