| Mandy is a sister on Louisa Cary. Since I joined the trust, she has been a great example of positivity even when things have been difficult due to the pandemic. Whenever I have gone up to the ward with patients, Mandy has helped me feel warm and welcome, even when busy. The ward has obvious been busy over the summer, as has ED, and little things like a smile and “”Hello”” has makes all the difference when ED staff have brought admitted patients up. Mandy is a great source for clinical advice and a great go to, even for staff members in the Emergency Department. Thank you for being you, Mandy.
