Lydia is a brilliant secretary and an excellent co-ordinator for paediatric eating disorder service. She works incredibly hard and is always willing to learn new skills.
She goes above and beyond to help and support the families and the colleagues especially in the time of need. She always has a smile and a positive attitude towards work even when there is a staff shortage and everyone is under pressure.
She takes her secretary role very seriously and showed excellent organisational skills in providing administrative support for our eating disorder team ensuring effective communication between multidisciplinary team. She is an incredibly efficient, reliable and most value member of the team and we would have lost without her especially in this challenging time and increasing demand of mental health during COVID Pandemic.
