| Aimee has come a long way since she first started on Polkerris Ward. The transition to newly qualified nurse presented a challenge initially, but she has adapted and her confidence has sky rocketed since. She consistently demonstrates brilliant management of her patient workload, actively advocating for children when she knows this is needed and goes the extra mile to ensure great nursing care. She is clinically incredibly diligent (and this is reflected in her exceptional documentation!), always striving for the best for her patients, even where this means having the courage to challenge other more senior members of staff. Aimee works hard to coordinate care across the multidisciplinary team, going out of her way to involve all the relevant professionals when required. Not only is Aimee is a great role model for our nursing team, but a great colleague and a fantastic asset to Polkerris. |
