“Andy is always willing to come down to Paeds ED and see children which helps the nursing staff and ED doctors considerably. He goes above and beyond to help everyone on shift whilst always having the best interest of the children at the forefront of his care.

Andy makes us feel as though we are listened to and escalates our concerns regarding sick patients . He never questions coming to ED to see patients we are worried about no matter how many there are ( on one occasion 3 before midday but he didn’t once complain) no matter his workload upstairs and is the first to accept patients to see when we need more support . He’s proactive and has a great rapport with both ourselves as the nursing team as well as patients and parents . ”
