Really impressive trainee who has recently started in Torbay. She has settled into the Middlegrade role here very naturally, and has displayed excellent clinical skills, sensible decision making and great leadership skills on some really busy shifts and with very sick patients.
She seems to fit in well with the rest of the team and has been active in supporting some of the more junior registrars in their roles.
Katie has been really proactive about getting involved with clinic opportunities and other non-clinical aspects of the job and I have been really impressed with how she has slotted into the team and rapidly become a trusted and respected member of the department.”
