Nina has moved to a new role as clinical practice educator and has made a real difference within the team. Her first task was to roll out and educate the whole team on a new ventilation system and she did this extremely well. Her work with new starters has been invaluable, making the transition to a new role or area much less daunting, and she is a highly respected member of our team. Thank you Nina for all that you do for the team.
