Sarah is a fantastic team leader, she is an advocate for her team constantly supporting the nursing staff, HCA’s and medical staff. She is always found on the ward helping out, checking in on everyone and making sure we are all ok.

She is a wonderful nurse and acts as an advocate for her patients, and because of this makes an excellent role model, setting the standard for newly qualified nurses and leading by example.

Sarah is always happy to support staff in anything they don’t know how to do, doing this with kindness and support. Sarah does everything with a smile on her face, and is always around for a hug or anything else that’s needed.

Sarah is wonderful person to work with, a wonderful nurse and and leader.

Sarah is a big presence within Bramble Ward and the leadership team. She always puts her colleagues first with professionalism,patience, passion, care and commitment. She always has a smile on her face which feeds down through the team to the patients and their families. She is very skilled and knowledgeable which makes her a exceptional nurse caring for critical ill children. She is a asset to any team and the wider multi disciplinary team. She is a very supportive colleague and friend.
