Noelle works on wildgoose as a sister and it is always great to know she is on shift. She is really supportive of everyone from student nurses to Doctors she makes everyone feel part of the team and enables them facilitate their roles.
Noelle has a powerful presence on the ward and strives to ensure the ward is a pleasant environment for the staff, patients and their carers.
Noelle is great with the mental health and eating disorder patients, she is good at calming situations and using her knowledge to teach other staff members.
Noelle organises the students and is always on hand to do teaching sessions with them and also the preceptees.
Noelle has been active and vocal about the need for a Mental health lead in Plymouth to help improve the care for our patients.
Noelle is quite a new sister and within this role has taken on more responsibilities in the running of level 12. When she has the senior nurse book she makes fair decisions and helps ensure areas are staffed safely and patient flow is as effective as possible.
