Claire has been developing the mental health liaison in North Devon to exemplary status with outstanding success. Her endurance and passion in this contagious, however downbeat the situation may look. She pulls in everybody to share her determination in improving situations and LIVES of CYP. That is in developing the structures for better support on the unit and elsewhere and guidelines. She is a bottomless source for available support in the area and beyond.
Claire is always willing to teach empathically despite her busy schedule. And she has a big heart for staff and for the patients. I never felt not supported by her whenever I approached with any problem small or overwhelming. Thanks for making such a difficult speciality more bearable and breaking down barriers!
