Amy is brilliant role model to myself and her colleagues, she always supports her team with working to the best of their abilities by sharing her amazing knowledge of neonates. She is kind and caring. I always feel really supported by Amy and know I can go to her with any problems. Amy is a natural leader who can manage difficult situations calmly which puts everyone at ease. Amy is a great coordinator. She has a great rapport with staff and our families and is always a pleasure to work with.
