Zoe has settled into her new role as band 6 seamlessly. Her years of experience makes her an inspiration to anyone who works with her. Zoe is passionate about providing the highest standard of care to her patients and their families.

Zoe always comes to work with great positivity and a smile that is infectious to anyone who works with her. Zoe is passionate about team work and within her new role she has introduced “”coffee and chat”” sessions enabling the team to meet on a monthly basis to share ideas and raise concerns within a safe space. This has been positively received by the team and Zoe is always looking at ways to build morale, team spirit and the CAU service.

Zoe’s years of experience on CAU enables her to support the junior nursing team, student nurses and our junior medical team allowing them to seek advice if needed. She is supportive and approachable and will always listen to staff concerns or worries. Her knowledge and skills are next to none and everyone should have a Zoe on their team!!

Zoe is a valued member of the CAU team who will go above and beyond for patients, families and colleagues. It is a privilege to work with her on a daily basis.
