Sarah is the lead for our outpatient department. I am sure this often feels like a thankless task but Sarah always has a smile on her face and tries to help. She is fantastic with patients including her donkey song! She works super hard to try to improve outpatients and is a wonderful nurse. Thank you Sarah for all your hard work!
