Lauren moved to wildgoose during the covid outbreak and has remained with us.
She is fantastic to work with and always has a smile on her face, even on the hardest of days. She brings out the best in her colleges with her positivity and determination. And always strives to do her best.
She supports her colleagues especially junior members of staff and teaches them good evidence based practice. She is very respectful to management and enthusiastic to make positive changes and improvements on the ward.
She is a great team player and helps where she can, she recognises when her colleagues are struggling or becoming overwhelmed with their workload! And steps in to help and support.
Lauren is an asset to wildgoose and her hard work is very much appreciated.
