I don’t think I have ever met such a genuine, kind-hearted person as Holly. She literally takes every situation in her stride, is a massive support to junior nursing staff as well as all the other members of Bramble. When she is in charge, it is normally a crazy shift, but Holly is always so calm and in control. She has a real approachability about her and is always there when anyone needs a little support. She goes above and beyond to peer teach and has a natural ability to do so. Not only this, but Holly’s patient care is awesome. She normally ends up caring for the sickest patients due to her skill set but does this so effortlessly. Patients and families love her, as do staff. She always advocates for her patients and families and is a good colleague to go to for advice. Not only that she loves her tea and is great at making sure we all have a cuppa on a nightshift to keep us going.
