Helen is a huge advocate for her staff on Wildgoose. I have not met a manager quite like Helen, someone so in tune and compassionate to her staff’s well-being and needs. She is incredibly supportive and operates on a door open policy at all times. Helen is very approachable, fair in her decision making, and makes working on what can be a challenging and mentally draining ward just that bit easier by understanding and caring for her staff. By looking after her staff well, Helen ensures that we are able to care for the patients and families to a high standard.

Helen is such a supportive manager and couldn’t do the job without her. Looks after her staff and patients to the next level. Helen is always there for you if you need her. Her passion for teaching..especially bloods shines through. Wildgoose wouldn’t be the same without her.
