Becca is an outstanding nurse, who I would trust to care for my loved ones any day of the week! She quietly and calmly gets through tough shifts, making sure that her patients are safe and at ease while also taking care of her colleagues. She sees situations from all angles, and supports the medical team when we are stretched between ward and PAU work.

I’m nominating Rebecca because she has been extremely supportive since i have started my nursing role. Rebecca is a wonderful nurse and is extremely skilled in different areas of the ward including the high dependency unit and the paediatric assessment unit. Becca always remains calm and gives support and advice when needed. Becca has helped me in many stressful situations without hesitation. Becca attends study days and is open to different ways of doing things. Becca advocates for patients when needed and inspires others to expand upon their skills and work in different areas. Becca is very patient and responsible, working affectively with a variety of professionals.
