Linzi is new to a Band 6 role and is thriving. She has managed some extremely busy shifts but has done this calmly, even when under the most immense pressure. She is an excellent member of the team, always supporting her junior staff but also knows when to ask for help. She is constantly looking to develop herself and we are lucky to have her in our senior team. Thank you Linzi for all that you do
