Carrie is new to the ward manager role on NICU, however, she goes out of her way to look after staff and families. She is approachable and kind and works hard for the neonatal service. She is a wonderful advocate for patients and staff alike and a great friend as well as a trustworthy manager and leader. She works well with the multidisciplinary team and embodies the trust vision and values. I look forward to work when she is in.
