Tom is fun, kind and supportive to the whole team. He is always friendly and approachable, and helps everyone to build a can-do attitude. He sees things from all angles, from nursing and medical staffing to understanding the pressures on A&E. Tom respects and values everyone, whatever their role or experience. He was an exceptional neonatal nurse, but is also doing an amazing job in his new management role.
