Jaz is always so lovely to work with. She has a great work ethic, always busy – literally never stops when on shift. She advocate for patients in such a kind, caring manner and it seems she always has the sickest patients to care for on the ward, due to her skill base and oncology training. She is inspirational. Jaz also has a great way of teaching and supporting others, even when she so busy herself, is always supporting others. Jaz always takes time to explain things in a way that ensures everyone understands things, it appears to come so easily to her, and this makes her a great nurse to have student nurses work alongside her. She is a well-loved member of Bramble, and I know that she is always there when I need her. Jaz is always smiling and laughing, even on nightshifts, she is a great nurse to be around.
Jaz always supports the wider teams, and is in charge on many occasions, which she does this with ease and always seems in control. Her approachability ensure a good working relationship with all Bramble team, MDTs, doctors, patients and their families.
