Katie is friendly, supportive and empathetic. She has been working in both paediatric and neonatal services. She works hard to make a difference and make the working environment safe and a good place to be. When things have been really difficult she has been so supportive, making time for us to talk and debrief. She always has a friendly approach and visits each ward each shift.
