Charlotte is a brilliant nurse who cares so much for her patients and families of the Neonatal Unit. Sometimes it feels like she doesn’t realise how great she is! I always enjoy working with Charlotte. She works so hard to do the best for her patients, is a really valued member of the team. She is not afraid to question practice if she is unsure and does this in an extremely supportive way.
