Taking over a lead role in a struggling team is a significant challenge and one that many may shy away from. However, Heather has faced this challenge head on, has embraced it and has led by example. She is an inspiration to all in the team and has led the team out of the doldrums with an enthusiasm and commitment beyond measure. She is a real advocate for parents and children as well as for her team – she cares deeply about her work and has shown commitment above and beyond on many occasions. Thank you Heather.
