Wow what can I say. Charlotte is just the most fantastic neonatal nurse. Even after having two children really close together she’s returned from maternity leave and got stuck back in without batting an eye. She is cool and calm in emergency situations co-ordinating the team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. She has a wealth of knowledge she is always willing to share with the parents and nursing colleagues, especially when Caroline Thorpe nurses go into SCBU to help. She is just absolutely incredible. All the families rave about how amazing Charlotte is and helping them through such a difficult and precious time. A true angel!
