Rachel is the lynchpin of the Torbay child health department medical secretarial team. She surely has been there more than 18 years, providing continuity and expertise through numerous departmental challenges. She maintains a great sense of humour and delights and entertains the team with her incredible seasonal knitted animal scenes. Rachel manages to keep control of an iincredible number of consultants , including those visiting from Bristol, and goes out of her way to smooth the journey for so many of our children and their families. The department would fall apart without her!
