“Liz is an integral part of the neonatal unit, no matter how busy she is (and Liz is always busy) she will always go out of her way to help with any query big or small. Liz goes above and beyond to ensure the unit runs smoothly, whether it’s ensuring all the trolleys are topped up with equipment and supplies, cleaning incubators or organising food for parents she is always thinking of others. Liz will also ensure staff are fed and watered providing tea coffee and snacks for staff on extremely busy days. Liz is always happy and makes the unit a much happier place when she is around.
