Hayley comes onto the ward in the morning and is always in such a happy and welcoming mood. She is an absolute pleasure to be around, definitely brightens up anyone’s day, especially when it’s not going great! She is amazingly helpful when the ward is busy and will have no issue guiding a parent around the ward if no one is available. Hayley is also always happy to make a call for you if you’re tied up doing something else. Overall Hayley is just an absolute asset to our ward and we’re ever so grateful to have her.
