She has transitioned from a very different role in Totnes and has thrown herself into every task assigned to her, whether it is sorting out the junior doctor rota; procuring equipment for the wards and teams; running the beleaguered typing and secretarial team or taking on front line shifts on the wards and liaising with the team of ward clerks and admin staff.
