Michele will be the first to say hello to everyone. She does her job amazingly, making sure the equipment is ready for all NICU staff. Nothing is ever a bother. Michele will always do her upmost to make sure the unit has everything they need and will always go out of her way to help in any way she can.

It’s always a pleasure to see Michele around the unit when we are on shift and truly believe she deserves this award and show appreciation for all the hard work michele does. ”
