Lorraine goes above and beyond to ensure that the shift runs smoothly for her colleagues, she is constantly leaving the comfort of her desk to find colleagues to pass on messages. Nothing is too much for her, and will often use her initiative whilst on shift.
She is polite, professional and friendly. A great ‘first’ person for the families to meet when they walk onto the ward. She always has a smile on her face.”
