Louise is professional and knowledgeable with all things safeguarding.
She’s kind and caring to all and is always on hand to offer advice and support. Although Louise now manages the Paediatric safeguarding team, she still finds time to “check in” with all the level 12 staff, offering a compassionate ear and ensuring everyone is ok.
