Alisha is proactive and always prepared whether it be for a resus situation or her night shift packed lunch. She’s very calm and this has a great effect on the rest of the staff. I’ve worked some horrendous shifts where it has just been myself and alisha and her lovable personality and calming approach to everything has made those shifts bareable and easier to manage. She is so caring both to her colleagues and her patients and will do almost anything to get someone to laugh .
