Beth has arrived on wildgoose at a really challenging time but she has fully embraced these challenges and has become a really valued member of our team. Her knowledge as a NQN is outstanding. Beth is an excellent role model of family centred care, advocating for her patients at all times. Beth values holistic care in such an important way as well, knowing that the little things such as playing a game of cards with a patient can be equally as important in their recovery as mediation etc. Beth is naturally inquisitive and always keen to expand her knowledge. I am so excited to see how Beth continues to develop in her nursing career as she is off to an outstanding start!

Beth hasn’t long started as a newly qualified nurse and what can I say she is amazing! She is a fantastic nurse to her patients and their families!
And as a newly qualified nurse she is already supporting her team. She is doing incredible and it is a pleasure to work with her and see her blossoming already into an amazing nurse!
