Since qualifying, Kerry’s progression has been stratospheric. She showed promise from the start. She is excelling in her QiS training. Where ever she works she gets fantastic feed back from her colleagues. She puts herself up for everything. I am convinced she will make a fantastic ward manager or ANNP which ever route she follows.
