| It has been a difficult year for Woodcock ward following changes in management and working thorough the pandemic. However, we have pulled together as a team and pushed on through ensuring that the best care is provided for our patients and their families. We regularly support other areas of the floor and have positive and effective relationships with the wider paediatric team. Woodcock will always strive to have our patients at the centre of our care.
Really helpful for visiting specialty corralled the rest of the team to help in a difficult situation with a challenging family environment, helped in making a challenging situation manageable, especially well done to Caroline Bennett. |
