| Pat had 41 years of nursing experience, always working to hard to ensure infants and families receive high quality care. Pat, once the Neonatal Unit Sister empowered the team to strive for the best for the unit, ensuring staff were provided with education and study sessions. Pat has an amazing sense of humour, during the most challenging of days, she ensures we are kept going with a giggle or two. Pat has been a real inspiration, her hard work, passion, dedication and knowledge is someone we could all aspire to.
