| PNTS works because of team work, Helen Darby and John Madar are brilliant role models who lead the team by example. Whenever one of us had a tough time everyone rallies around to help. If I come back late from a move, often well past my shift time, the other girls all help clean and check the kit so I can go home. Everyone from consultants, drivers and transport nurses put the needs of the babies and their families first, making sure the service is covered. The PNTS team is the most supportive, friendly team I have worked in. |
