| Francesca (Cheska) has always worked to the highest possible standard of nursing care, she is professional, kind hearted and a excellent role model. Cheska has recently been appointed a Band 6 role during a very difficult few months on Bramble. Cheska has embraced this challenge and has been an excellent addition to the senior nursing team, she is always so supportive and a brilliant advocate for Bramble. She goes above and beyond her role often taking on new challenges and roles outside of what is expected of her and will always put her colleagues before herself. Cheska is an excellent role model and I feel deserves some recognition after taking on this challenge during a difficult time on Bramble. |
