| Neil has had a challenging year. Endless hours of preparation for staff training only to have it cancelled constantly at the last minute. Neil has had to adapt to endless mask fit training across the hospital, a thankless task, frequently seeing the same staff who fail, only to try another mask, whilst being lovely natured and spending time going that extra mile to ensure we have remained safe in a covid environment. Neil is always on hand for those questions not only about training, but his huge knowledge base of nursing. It’s just very reassuring to know he’s here. Thankyou Neil. |
