| Gemma is an outstanding Band 6 nurse who always looks for new challenges and strives to get the best for her patients and their families. She leads the team well, always offering support and guidance to those more junior staff. Gemma is an excellent support to her senior team and works well with all members of the MDT, which helps embody out trust values of working together and trust and respect.
