| Michelle began her role as ward sister during the height of the Covid pandemic (a baptism by fire). She has dealt with numerous ward changes, staff changes and all of the problems that came and continue to come with this pandemic. She has been professional and amazing, fighting for her ward, the staff that work there and the patients, ensuring we are all safe. She is an amazing nurse, ward sister and amazing colleague. |
